Informal, fun, hands-on Thai cookery demonstrations (and lunch!) in the delightful town of Framlingham, Suffolk, UK. Dates 2008: Feb 6, 7, 8, 9, -- March 5, 6, 7, 8 -- April 9, 10, 11, 12, -- May 7, 8, 9, 10, -- June 11, 12, 13, 14 -- July 'vegetarian non-fish' 8, 9, 10; standard cuisine 11, 12; Extra July classes 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 -- September 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 -- October 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 -- November 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 -- December 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 Time: Start at 10.30am -- Finish around 2.30pm Cost: £55 per person, for the day (includes all food). For an additional £10 you can order a bag of Thai ingredients to help you cook the same meal at home (optional). The menu will change each month, so you're welcome to take another one-day class later in the year. See all the menus for the whole of 2008. Places are limited -- just 7 people on each occasion. If you'd like to visit from outside of Suffolk, there are plenty of places to stay -- and plenty of sites for a partner to see if he or she is not participating in the classes. Private classes for groups of 7 or more people can also be arranged, in Suffolk or London. Please ask for prices and details.
