Developed by Thai cookery author Oi Cheepchaiissara, Thai Original Sweet Chilli Sauces are a great accompaniment to English savoury food: hot or cold meats, smoked fish, and cheese.

![]() 6 great flavoursThai Original Sweet Chilli Sauces come in the following flavours: Garlic, Lemon Grass (both slightly hotter than the others); Ginger, Pineapple, Orange, and Coriander. CharacteristicsThe sauces are gluten free. They contain no artificial colourings, flavourings, preservatives or additives of any kind. They have a very long shelf life and will keep for over six months outside the 'fridge after opening. This is because they are cooked to a high temperature in distilled vinegar (a great natural preservative). Using the saucesThe sauces are great with English food, such as chicken, game, hamburger, sausages, smoked fish, grilled or barbecue meats, seafood, or cheese. Vegetarians can enjoy them, too, stirred into vegetable stir-fries (just add two or three teaspoonfuls towards the end of cooking). Or you can mix them into salads, or use them as dips. Although I've designed the sauces mainly to be served like a chutney, you can also use them as a glaze. Try glazing a pheasant or a pigeon with (for example) the Orange flavoured sauce. Delicious! And you can still take some extra sauce to the table. Our packaging is quite neat and presentable on the table, but you can also serve the sauces in special pots or dishes. Recipes -- all with Thai Original Sweet Chilli SauceHere, I suggest serving specific flavours of Thai Original Sweet Chilli Sauce, but these sauces are very versatile and you can use different flavours if you have a favourite. (For example, the Camembert Tartlet is equally good with the Lemon Grass flavour).
