Camembert Tartlet
and Thai Original Sweet Chilli Sauce with Pineapple

Most kinds of cheese go very well with Thai Original Sweet Chilli Sauce. This easy dish is perfect for parties -- just warm it prior to serving.








Makes 15

½ pack of filo pastry sheets (thawed)
750 g (3 oz) butter, melted
110 g (4 oz) ripe Camembert or Brie, cut into 15 pieces
1 jar Thai Original Sweet Chilli Sauce with Pineapple flavour

(You can also use other flavours of Thai Original Sweet Chilli Sauce
with this cheese dish, if you prefer.)

1. Preheat the oven to 200 degree C/190 degree F, gas 6.

2. Cut each filo pastry sheet into into 30 sheets, each sheet 5cm (2 inches) square. Brush with melted butter, then place another filo square on top at an angle and brush again with butter. Gently press the filo into a mini tartlet tin. Repeat and make 14 more tartlet cases.

3. Place a piece of cheese in each case and bake in the oven for 5-6 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown and the cheese is melted. Spoon Thai Original Sweet Chilli Sauce on each tartlet.
