Sticky Ribs
and Thai Original Sweet Chilli Sauces with Ginger and Orange

Sticky Ribs are one of most popular finger foods or starters for the whole family in Thailand. They're always a hit at any lunch or party, and can be served with cooked jasmine rice.







Serves 4-6

1 kg pork spare ribs
2-3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
3 tbsps Thai Original Sweet Chilli Sauce with Ginger flavour
3 tbsps Thai Original Sweet Chilli Sauce with Orange flavour
2 tbsps tomato ketchup
2 tbsps light soy sauce
1 tbsps oyster sauce
1. Place the ribs in a saucepan of boiling water and simmer for 15 minutes.

2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C/ 350 degrees F/ gas mark 4.

3. Drain the ribs, place in a bowl and mix with all the ingredients. Bake for 35-40 minutes, basting and turning the ribs occasionally until well glazed with the sauce, thoroughly cooked, sticky and beginning to brown. If you prefer them slightly charred, extra grill for 3-4 minutes on each side. Serve as a starter or with cooked jasmine rice or noodles.
