Sticky Ribs

Serves 4-6 1 kg pork spare ribs 2-3 garlic cloves, finely chopped 3 tbsps Thai Original Sweet Chilli Sauce with Ginger flavour 3 tbsps Thai Original Sweet Chilli Sauce with Orange flavour 2 tbsps tomato ketchup 2 tbsps light soy sauce 1 tbsps oyster sauce |

1. Place the ribs in a saucepan of boiling water and simmer for 15 minutes.
2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C/ 350 degrees F/ gas mark 4. 3. Drain the ribs, place in a bowl and mix with all the ingredients. Bake for 35-40 minutes, basting and turning the ribs occasionally until well glazed with the sauce, thoroughly cooked, sticky and beginning to brown. If you prefer them slightly charred, extra grill for 3-4 minutes on each side. Serve as a starter or with cooked jasmine rice or noodles. Back to: welcome page / chilli sauce recipe index |
